Welcome to our blog!
It's been almost a year since we got married and I realized how much has happened in our lives in the last year! It's been a amazing year. I want to be able to write down all the important things in Jason and I's life and I ate actually writing so I thought a blog would be a good idea. I will try and keep it up to date but we shall see how that goes.
Things are going pretty good for us right now. Jason graduates on Friday!! I am so excited and so proud of him! He is substitute teaching right now and make some extra cash! He is still trying to find a job but he has a couple of prospects open. He will be certified in P.E. when he graduates. He is going to take his science certification test so he can teach science too. I am a little nervous about his job. I know he will find one but the unknown is kinda scary. I think he is enjoying this nice break between college and work. He has been working non-stop since he started college so it will be nice for him.
I am subsitute teaching for now. I am trying to get the hours I need for my Region 4 certification program. I am about half way through the classroom portion of my certification program. That will be over the middle of July. I am taking my Tech Ed certification test at the end of June. I have one really good job prospect for next fall. I haven't finalized anything yet but hopefully I will soon.
Things are really looking up for us. We are really excited that we will be starting a new stage in our lives once school starts. We are looking for a place to live come August. If anyone has any suggestions let me know!
